Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Missing or Delayed Order
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@peekaplay.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate straight away.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We're sorry if something isn't right! Please email us at sales@peekaplay.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll make it right.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items in their original packaging. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
